Ted Rall’s Best Cartoons of 2014

It was the best of times…not really. Is it ever? It certainly wasn’t a boring year, however. Here is a selection of the cartoons that I’m most proud of over the past year.

Looking back, one theme was my continuing battle against identity politics and tokenism. The sooner the Left sheds political correctness, the better.

  • There is a small problem with the cartoon from 4-21-14 — Texas was not “STOLEN FROM MEXICO”! Texas had won its independence from Mexico and had become a Republic before having been annexed to the United States of America — by choice. 🙁

  • IT WAS the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way.–C.
