Conventional wisdom says that the Republican field is deep. Certainly, there are a lot of them. Scratch the surface on policies, however, and you find a lot of similarities…except for Donald Trump.

I’ve always found them to be rather shallow. 😉
… so the key boredom-bot constituency is split allowing the loudmouth pig to lead the deep field for now.
Well, as the only candidate in the debate who declared a willingness to run as an independent 3rd party candidate, Trump will, I hope, run against the eventual GOP nominee! 😀
Speaking of the deep field, I can’t but think that that particular pig is pretty deep in shit (I also suspect that Ted had that fact in the back of his mind when he drew this cartoon)…. 😉
