One question: why go the indirect route with Hitler, the apparent inspiration and model for so many American political candidates?
Expose his persecution of gays/lesbians directly for what it was (and STILL is).

What most people don’t realize is that Hitler didn’t hate all Jews … as indeed, there were many Jews who thought that Hitler was a pretty cool boss, enough so that they quite enthusiastically joined his military and fought for him ~
