Well, speaking as a family law attorney in California, we’ve been dealing with gay and lesbian “divorces” for several years, albeit they are referred to as RDPs (registered domestic partners). But all of the laws, except for federal, still apply. And I’d say that this potentiality hasn’t dimmed any of my gay/lez neighbor/friends’ enthusiasm for legalizing marriage in the least.
Love the strip color dots. That’s a great touch. You really captured the Lockhorns look and feel.
As mentioned by other(s) above your recreation of the Lochorn look and feel is really good.
That was great. I liked the ubiquitous “Hot Chick”.
I never understood that trope. How does such a schlub get the attention of the hottie?
Ditto on the success of the recreation. This is your funniest comic in a long time!
I’d read that comic!!!!
Wishful thinking on the part of the artist, perhaps? 😀
Ted, My late father was charming them in ICU.
Consider “Father Issues” when you gaze upon a “Hottie”.
Yes. . .Tyler, or worse…stepfather issues. I agree with the comments here, great cartoon, Ted.
