Brings to mind the conspiracy of Victoria Nuland , where she coordinates the US coup in Ukraine.
Everyone knows this coup (like the coup in Chile, and….) was accomplished by the CIA, that is the Conspiracy Initiative Administration, and yet because of all the propagandistic media blasting to to the contrary, this knowledge recedes in memory into denial.
The background color scheme is usually soothing for a fall comic.
Covert brains, Ted ? Brilliant ! Wonder if their antics will lead to a shooting war in Southeast Europe….
