Politics makes strange bedfellows and the enemy of my enemy is my friend but Congressional Democrats’ love of right-wing lunatic Liz Cheney has completely gone off the rails. Yes, she hates Trump but that doesn’t mean she has any integrity.

The illustrated laughing square and falco’s comment leave me with a surprisingly alarming concern on this rainy Friday morning: Integrity? Who, in the political arena, has integrity anymore (if anyone ever did to begin with)? Certainly none of the preznits in my political lifetime have shown an ounce of integrity when aiding the 99% was the issue at hand. But just as surely as Obama was a fawning eggsuck to Wall Street and Cheney’s nipples perked up at the thought of drilling in a nature preserve, integrity seems to be that little sprig of parsley on the top of the entree. Most people look at it with a slight moue before dropping it on the side of the plate.
