Ted. If I recall correctly, Um Biden has given her at least two assignments (the border w/Mexico and improving voting rights). Each was like casting Moe Howard as Hamlet. Her attempts at engaging the press with disasters. Was anyone expecting her to solve the problems at the border? Of course not. Her task was to get a handle on the root causes of the crisis. She’s confusing. I think a lot of people thought she had a very good shot to get the nomination herself, she ticks off all the boxes. Woman, minority, pretty conservative but knows how to play the liberal card. But somehow it’s obvious just how nasty she really is. Hard to say exactly why, maybe just how she carries herself. It’s not like she’s worse than any of the other schmucks, but somehow in her case people know enough to back away slowly.
