Incrementalism at Work

Faced with an intolerable situation like racism and poverty, most people want radical solutions. But supporters of Hillary Clinton say they prefer someone who knows how to work the system to someone who wants to change it completely.

  1. Bernie took the high road
The House took the low road
And neither got near to pillory.
The GOP and its true love will never meet again:
The bonny, bonny banks of Loch Lowdown (on Hillary.)

  2. Know why I can’t vote for Hillary Clinton?

Because I am simply not sure enough that she won’t send us off on another war. When she does, probably in an effort to “build” support, I don’t want to feel like I did when Obama didn’t close Gitmo, didn’t prosecute Wall Street bankers, supported TPP, etc.

I won’t give her the power to be just as corrupt and plain old wrong as Donald Trump will be.

    • I *won’t* vote for HRC. I’ll write in Bernie and if we wind up with a Trump prez then the nation will get another lesson why you shouldn’t vote stupid.

The dem politicos are on notice: if you want the people’s support, you first need to support the people.

Hey, that’s pretty catchy. I think I’ll copyright it. 😉

I suspect, alex_the_tired_ that you can rest assured that Ms Clinton will send the US off on another war – after all, one of that lady’s mentors is none other than Marie Jana Korbelová Albright, aka Madeleine Albright, (in)famous for her remark to Colin Luther Powell to the effect that «What’s the point of having this superb military that you’re always talking about if we can’t use it?» (in addition to her more well-known reply to Leslie Stahl’s question about the US sanctions on Iraq being responsible of the death of half a million children : «I think this is a very hard choice, but the price — we think the price is worth it»)….
