In an aggressive move that recalled the Bush campaign in its Florida 2000 judicial coup d’etat, Hillary Clinton declared victory in the incredibly tight Iowa Caucus a full day before the state officially announced the results and before any TV network issued a projection.

I have to give her credit for taking the initiative in shaping perceptions.
“Audentes Fortuna Iuvat.”
Have the Sanderistas gotten the raw numbers yet? I’m still thinking it’s possible that Hillary’s “lead” was even thinner than reported.
I suspect she lost.
I now reference two prior postings from earlier items: One was about how the Clinton campaign was going to start to stink of failure. The other was a “Star Trek” reference in which Scotty says something about how if this particular vote went against Capt. Kirk, it would “stick in his craw. He’d never accept it.”
What happens if Hillary Clinton’s razor-thin win ends up being known as a loss (even if it can never be proved)? I would be very interested to see if Rachel Maddow makes mention of this at the debate tonight.
Holy crap. http://www.rawstory.com/2016/02/something-smells-top-iowa-paper-calls-for-complete-audit-of-clintons-win-over-sanders/
Yeah. And the NYT and other MSM wanna sweep it under the rug. As usual.
Also, Cruz really DID cheat Trump out of his win.
So that would be the first good thing he’s done for the country.
Well, alex_the_tired, I really enjoyed the following comment in the article to which you linked :
«“Democracy, particularly at the local party level, can be slow, messy and obscure. But the refusal to undergo scrutiny or allow for an appeal reeks of autocracy.»
Nothing «messy» or «obscure» of course, in politics at the national level. It’s always the fault of those at the bottom, who simply misunderstand what their betters want them to do…..

See, this is what I’ve been trying to tell everybody. The winner is already chosen. What you’re all seeing is nothing but theater. This radio show really breaks things down regarding the U.S. political circus; also you get some great geopolitical analysis on the war in Syria, and US maneuvers against China in Africa.

More evidence as to the nature of that «electability» on which MS Clinton and her acolytes choose to campaign….
