Some conservatives think that critical race theory is erroneous, that there is no difference in experience between being white and black in America anymore. Anyone who doubts the continued existence of systemic racism should ride in a car driven by a Black person.

As someone who has lived outside the USA for over 20 years, I can assure people that things are are more or less the same pretty much all over the world, only the names are different. Over here in Lithuania, you might be asked if you’d rather be treated as a foreigner or Lithuanian citizen.
