I think your vision is entirely too optimistic, I foresee a much more depressing future for America. The return of feudalism seems likely, maybe it never left. Riots will occur, most likely over dwindling resources such as jobs, food, perhaps fuel. When people can no longer afford health care that system will collapse and some form of flu (Spanish, swinish?) will sweep the world. Change is coming, believe it.

No, Anonymous 12/28/08 4:49 AM – that sign clearly reads "Sunny Day Realty." Had it read otherwise, the housing market would be going In Circles instead of flat lining.
