Arresting Trump won’t change many people’s minds come Election Day. Further, it keeps Trump in the center of the media universe, which prevents all the other politicians from being seen or heard.
The Biden family scandals on the other hand look as though they could damage Smilin’ Good Ol’ Joe’s chances because it just keeps getting more awkward doesn’t it? I wonder how much much longer it will be before Hunter is found dead. Because it’s getting pretty obvious that Joe Biden either did something crooked or has, at the very least, been triple-coated in the appearance of having done something crooked, and the inquiries are going to continue, at least until a major player in the scandal drops dead and moots the case sufficiently for Washington to sweep it under the rug.
In a Trump-Biden fight, all this works for Trump and against Biden.
