At the first Republican presidential debate, what was striking about Trump’s absence was how his influence was nevertheless ubiquitous.

It’s telling indeed: everyone saying how Trump is terrible but none of them with enough personality to offer anything. Same thing with the democrats. It’s a buffet full of steamed tofu, boiled lettuce, ice cubes, etc. And one tray of ghost peppers grown by the inmates of a Guatemalan insane asylum.
Start learning how to speak Canadian everyone…

  • Hi Ho everybody! Just remember, if you are wealthy, vote for the nice harmless Democrat candidate! No voting for any Republican whatsoever and activating the crazies – that will lead to President AOC and THEN we’ll be in trouble! Ok, nice chat. Got to get back to this call at my 300k / year job. Keep the toons coming Ted! You’re doing great.

  • On the GOP side, it’s one, two, three, many Donald Trumps. On the Democrat side, it’s one, two, three, many Joe Bidens (as far as the DNC, which makes and breaks the rules as it sees fit in order to keep it that way, is concerned). Ain’t American democracy wunnerful?

  • apologies for the double comment–when I attempted to post the first one, i got a message that I couldn’t post that because I had already made that comment. Well, “Ain’t American democracy wunnerful?” is one of my stock phrases. So, I deleted it and resubmitted the comment, only to come back today and find both. Feel free to delete my second comment, and this one, as well. Thanks for all the inspiration!
