I haven’t followed this with the fanaticism of others, so my question may be insipid. What actual evidence is there that can’t be waved away as harmless bluster or exaggeration? What can’t be parsed thanks to language flexibility as a maybe he meant X but he could have just meant Y situation?
I think the dems are setting themselves up for a mighty big blowback on this one. A guilty verdict? So what? He supporters won’t care. A not guilty? Trump will ram that down Biden’s throat at every single opportunity.
