Hey, like on the other thread, it’s SOP in an out-of-court settlement to have the victims swear to secrecy. Theoretically, “Danger to society” should trump that, but when money’s involved somehow justice is different.
If it was a poor black kid, he’d have been lynched long ago. Well, assuming it was a white girl, anyway…

Life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness in the Declaration of Independence got changed into life, liberty, and property in the Constitution.
Tell me, how does one regulate “happiness?” The manipulation and taxation of property, on the other hand, is an exact administrative science .
