Same reason that bars have ladies’ night – it’s not to attract ladies, it’s to attract men looking for ladies.
Tinder makes its money off of dating, the more ‘attractive’ potential partners they’ve got – the more business they get. An under-thirty woman will attract more potential partners. (98% of whom will be creepy over-thirty dudes looking to score with hot young babes. . .)
