Trickle Across Future Economics

Trump is spending at least $2 billion a day to attack Iran, which doesn’t include the economic cost of the disruption to oil supplies. Now he’s offering $500 million to the oil-rich UAE for no discernible reason. Everyone is getting in on the grift of taxpayer money except the American taxpayers who are suffering in a crappy job market and rising prices.

Ted invokes six conditions: graft to the Middle East, starvation in the U.S., Israel, preventable diseases in the U.S., the crappy job market, and rising prices. All of these have been going on for a long, long time. Trump isn’t doing anything differently than his predecessors, except he’s less subtle and, due to how strongly he’s hated by the mainstream media (those insipid oafs), he’s actually getting called — a tiny widdle bit — to account.

The other day, he had a media post of him and Charles III, captioned “Two Kings.” That he isn’t being impeached today, and facing charges of treason with active debate about whether a capital charge can be sought successfully, tells me that all of it’s just Beltway Kabuki. Whoever takes over in 2029 will have the same things going on, we’ll all just be less aware of it.

  • Note, also, that the Trump administration has formally introduced to congress the proposed fiscal year 2027 Defense*** Department budget of $1.5 trillion (with a “T”). This is an “historic” increase of 40-66% ($400-600 billion) depending on who is doing the spinning to/by the media.

This will put the US budget in excess of the combined expenditures of the next 21 countries’ on readily available lists: link > https://tinyurl.com/3w6ejvjw Until this, the military US expenditure amounted to “only” the combined total of the next 7 or 8 countries — not corrected for the US contributions to Ukraine and Israel proxies.

Prepare to hear a lot about “austerity” in spending measures for the “other” 99.9% who do not belong to the military industrial complex or its associated congressional grifter/enabler contingent.
