You don’t think the Punisher-In-Chief does the dirty work himself.
He also outsources to Satan.
Many religious authors have described a heaven in which the main entertainment for the residents was enjoying the spectacle of residents of that other region being tortured by the employees there. Ted is here merely introducing a certain degree of DIY to these pleasures….
