His Hairness finally got around that corner by signing the MoA … not a “deal” on anything but, rather, an agreement to cease hostilities, by all parties, including Israel, on all targets, including Lebanon … to allow actual negotiations to begin.
The very first provision of the MoA, was being violated as appropriate signatures were applied to paper. Prior, Iran had said it would wait 72 hours for Israel to comply, i.e., withdraw from Lebanon.
It’s safest to assume that Israel will comply only by accident, that is, if it’s driven out of Lebanon by Hezbollah.
