Go to industry gatherings, especially in the media, and you’ll find that the old white male elite has been replaced, not by equality or equity, but by a different set of elites. The old boys’ club is gone, and that’s good. But this isn’t much of an improvement.

Well, THIS should raise some hackles! But I don’t go to any “industry gatherings,” so I have no basis on which to judge your claim.
Why, Brother Martin! That’s not how this site / comments section works?! Since when do we let a lack of information / education / intelligence keep us from opining on anything and everything here at the ole rall.com?
You need to take some time in thoughtful reflection about why you are here
If you give people on the left enough time they will expose themselves as being just as self-serving as the people they are critical of

I guess this is a case of being in different social circles. I’m not aware that millennial women are dominating in any significant number of contexts. Is this happening for graphics artists? What industries are examples where millennial women are dominating?
Yes generally, the people in charge, whether or not they are monolithic demographically, also want us to like and praise them. I guess they figure they’ll stay in control longer that way.
