Trump and the Republicans keep saying that there’s some Radical Left that’s responsible for everything wrong in the United States. If that’s so, can someone please tell me where and how to join it?

Do you know about the Indian Rope Trick? (I’ll wait while the Professional Outrage Takers scream about racism and stereotyping.)
The trick is that someone throws one end of a rope in the air, climbs it to the top, where it is NOT attached to anything, and then a silk cloth is thrown over the performer, who is clutching the top end of the rope. A second later, the rope drops to the ground. Then the silk falls to the ground. And the performer is gone. “Where’d he go? Amazing.”
The thing though? There is no Indian Rope Trick. All the reports of it are second-hand at best. That’s the real trick. The trick doesn’t exist. Just like the American left.
The Radical Left doesn’t exist? Well, hell, that’s a gigantic relief to me. And millions of others! Thanks for this delivery of such happy news!
Saying the Radical Left doesn’t exist and then saying but if it did, I’d support it! Is like crazy Muslims denying the Holocaust happened while also wishing whole heartedly that not only it happened but was successful
The Radical Left I know of are the likes of Sanders. Warren, Yang, Ocasio-Cortez, and Mamdani. Several of them have organizations or campaigns and you can join them.
QED !
Those are Humphrey-style liberals
Yeah you guys need to remember that Radical Left to Ted is the one that seeks to actually abolish America / install Communism, all the stuff literally no one wants. In that respect he’s right to say it doesn’t exist. I wonder if there’s a conclusion to be drawn from that? Oh well, it’s a dilemma for sure …
As someone who regards himself as a member of “the radical left,” I find all the snide remarks and misconceptions in these comments amusing. What do we want? We want an environmentally sustainable, economically democratic, locally controlled, demilitarized, non-imperialist America. That’s why the Dems, the Repubs, and the mass media they control all agree that we don’t exist, but that it would be important to stamp us out if we did.
