Polls showed that voters were blaming Republicans, not Democrats, for the shutdown. Nevertheless, Democrats caved in completely to the Republicans. It was as if, during World War II, the Allies had invaded Europe and gone all the way to Berlin only to surrender to Hitler.

A while back, an acquaintance mentioned something Trump had done and how she did not approve. (I no longer remember which of his many transgressions it was.) I mentioned to the acquaintance the issue of how Nancy Pelosi has made something like a 16,000% return on investment since she got to Congress, which strongly leans toward an interpretation that Pelosi is using insider information in the stock market (which is a no-no).
The acquaintance’s response? Something like, “I don’t even care about that. Donald Trump’s a maniac.”
democrats deserve everything that’s happened to them and everything that’s coming. I no longer have the energy to try to wake them up.
Yes, investigate Pelosi. But if your investigations are only of Democrats then that’s something different. So, let’s investigate Trump and all the financial gain that he and his family are getting from their positions of power. And all the other powerful people who are doing crap like that, regardless of political party.
Likewise, let’s investigate the Jeffrey Epstein pedophiles, but not only the Democrats ….
Imagine what would have happened if someone said “Things happen” after Charlie Kirk was assassinated. And if we are going to throw people out of jobs for insulting the memory of Charlie Kirk, let’s also do that for insulting the memory of Jamal Khashoggi. If it is only Democrats we go after ….
