The sad part here is that no one actually knows if Ted is being tongue-in-cheek here or if he is actually this clueless
It probably won’t be the Canadians, but, with the GOP (and the Democrats, for that matter) fixated on all the wrong things, SOMETHING is going to take the US by surprise.
