He’s So Senile He Can’t Pretend He’s Senile

Special Counsel Robert Hur decided not to charge President Biden with mishandling classified documents because he’s too senile to be deemed to have free will and intent for prosecution. Yet Biden immediately called a press conference, at which he claimed to be of sound mind and body—and then conflated the presidents of Mexico and Egypt.

Either Hur is lying, and Biden’s sharp as a pin. In which case, Biden et al. would be demanding the release of the five hours of depositions. Or, Biden is lying/kidding himself, which means a whole raft of people have to be in on it. And that would not just be Biden’s inner circle. It would also be a whole bunch of journalists as well as a number of world leaders who must have seen “moments” where Biden was arguing with his soup or talking to imaginary people. But no one’s come forward. So that can’t be it either.

But you can’t have both cases. If Chewbacca lives on Endor, Biden would take a competency test and demand the release of the interview tapes. Otherwise, the glove don’t fit, and at least two dozen people, minimum, should have stepped up who have seen Biden behaving erratically.

The only answer that satisfies rationality is that Biden has lost his marbles, but those in power around him — including his “coworkers” in the world leader biz — are keeping quiet about it (i.e., lying to everyone) for the purposes of their own interests. And, most infuriatingly? As Lecter writes Clarice in the margins of the case file, it’s “like the elaboration of a bad liar.” Do the people in charge not realize we can figure this out?

  • Biden isn’t the first person to have poor memory when being interrogated by law enforcement. The condition is endemic.
