The Agony of War

When an American missile blew up an elementary school in Iran, killing nearly 200 boys, girls, and teachers, few Americans seemed highly concerned about it. Nevertheless, the war is highly unpopular—mainly because rising fuel prices are pinching our wallets.

  • It must be noted: those in the comic only represent the “sincerely,” utterly oblivious and pathologically self-absorbed but not the (≥ 33% ?)*** of our “fellow ‘Murcans” who think it is WELL beyond time that we “kill ALL them Mullah-loving, sub-human scum.”

A summary of the war crimes committed against Iran, as of 24March’26, by the US & Israel can be found

The Iranian Red Crescent Society (IF you can believe THEM!!!) reports: “Over 82,000 civilian structures have been damaged by U.S. and Israeli bombardments. … This includes 62,000 homes, 498 schools, and 281 medical centers, hospitals, and pharmacies.”

If one didn’t know better, one might be forced to conclude that the US is trying to reverse the publicly stated policy of Iran to NOT develop nuclear weapons, nor, logically, the means to deliver them.

*** That includes 100% of the US Senate and a minimum of 93% of the US House of Reps (30 Democrats!?!?! did send a letter to Sec. of State little Narco Rubio requesting transparency on Israel nuclear capabilities … but this was hardly a condemnation of the illegal war on Iran itself.) • Two great podcasts with Scott Stantis, I especially loved that one of you played that paddle ball straight thru’ both pieces. The incessant bounce sound brought a whole new nuance to trying to listen to people speak. Also, did you ever catch the movie, “I-Robot?” A running theme in the flick is about asking the “right question.” If you google, “Golden State publication” as opposed to “Golden State”…………………………….right at the top…………………amazing……………………………………….looking like dem’ mid-terms are going to happen, huh?:

I must have missed Ted’s statement about the midterms.
I’m sure they’ll occur. If the dems win, Trump will call the results fraudulent, and the dems will state that there’s no (or very little) evidence to support that and let Trump control the entire conversation. Discussion of forcible removal via the 25th Amendment? “We need to be bipartisan. We have to take the high ground. We, in this constitutional republic, are a democracy. …”
If the Republicans win? Trump will blast on Truth Social that the dems were stopped in their pernicious plot to overthrow ‘Mericuh. The dems will state that there’s no (or very little) evidence to support that and let Trump control the entire conversation. Discussion of forcible removal via the 25th Amendment? “We need to be bipartisan. We have to take the high ground. We, in this constitutional republic, are a democracy. …”
