Joe Biden refuses to step aside in favor of a more electable Democrat. Now the voters are presented with a choice between him and Donald Trump. Somehow, this is not his fault, but your problem.

Not only does President Dirty Harry refuse “to step aside in favor of a more electable Democrat,” but his (repeat) VP running mate exists precisely to minimize questions about his miserable record & suitability to run for second term for fear that the even less electable (seems impossible?) Harris would logically replace him if he were somehow convinced, shamed, forced not to run.
I find it hilarious to see all this senseless kabuki. Barbara Tuchman covered it quite well in “The March of Folly.” A much-younger me would be terrified. White-knuckled terrified. But now? Remember the scene in “Force 10 From Navarone” where Robert Shaw and Harrison Ford have just finished setting the bomb in the dam and realize they have to set it at 20 seconds if they’re going to stop the Germans? They start it ticking, and both calmly walk away.
for *not* enabling him? don’t you mean, for enabling him?
