Ever notice how, when there is a foreign policy crisis, the discussion is always between intervention and more intervention? There’s never anyone at the table on TV news discussion shows who is a pacifist who is simply is against war, or even someone who suggests that this particular crisis is something the US ought not to be involved in.

Ever notice how, when there is a foreign policy crisis, the same know-nothing chuckleheads who solonically kept insisting on invading still keep being asked on TV or given space in the newspapers?
Jeffery Sachs called out the BBC tools of empire in an interview in the video linked at the end of this comment. The first minute is an introduction, Sachs skewers the interviewer for about 1.5 minutes and, if you want to skip the video host’s analysis, Sachs is back at about 7minutes.
