What Does This Mean?

I get the above message whenever I sign on to my email using Mozilla Thunderbird, from my home account. Does this mean the NSA is up in my business?

    Hey Ted, I have your site on my favorites button and it usually takes about a minute for your page to load. Sometimes it take a few click to get it to load. Anyone else seen this happen? Oh, yeah, they’re watching you.
