Well, that’s both horrifying and unsurprising.
I have’t seen the classified records obtained by NBC News, but because of all the dissembling and spin put on things nowadays, I would immediately ask what is meant by identities? Whether they are enemy combatants running about with RP’s? – or whether the CIA doesn’t know their names or current activities?
