Objection: It isn’t really a “ceasefire” summit. Israel has basically wiped out Gaza. This is like a gang of people beating someone to the point where they’re brain dead and the defense trying to argue, “They did stop of their own volition.” There’s so little left to fire upon, the Israelis have already, for all practical purposes, “ceased” on their own.
