I think Trump is going to hold out on naming his veep for a while yet. If he DOES name a veep AND gets a jail sentence from the dems (sorry, from totally impartial and glorious people’s system of justice that allowed Hunter Biden’s most serious charges to run out the clock, da), there’s a very small chance the Republicans will try to do an end run around Trump and nominate his named veep to the preznitcy.
Let’s see how the June 27 debate goes. I don’t know what they’ve been hypospraying into Biden all these many months, but there’s got to be a limit to its abilities. Hard to know which bumbler to hope for. To be fair, Trump didn’t start any wars. And when Biden’s president, the media isn’t constantly reporting on how the president is personally not aligned with their thinking. There’s a lot to be said for a mental vegetable who has to leave all the heavy lifting for the unelected cabal that wheels him out occasionally for a presser.
