After watching “Oppenheimer” in IMAX this past Sunday I felt like one of those highly sensitive neurodivergent people in that IT WAS TOO LOUD,it was an assault on the senses, with a relentless soundtrack, which left me exhausted(plus I was still in recovery from my recent {and first} bout with COVID). Don’t get me wrong: I did like it a lot and since I read the book it’s based on, I pretty much knew what was going on, Nolan did a good job of adapting the book to screen.
His previous movies, like Tenet and Inception, were the same way—way too loud.
