wait … what? Somebody could get prosecuted? Why? After all, President Cheney assured us all it that waterboarding was a perfectly legitimate interrogation technique.

Gimme a bucket, an ironing board & fifteen minutes with The Dick, and I’ll bet I can change his mind.

Waterboarding you say? He was simply washing the girl’s hair. There’s no harm in that – and no crime committed.
