LOS ANGELES TIMES CARTOON: Civilian Oversight

I draw cartoons for The Los Angeles Times about issues related to California and the Southland (metro Los Angeles).

This week: Shootings of civilians and violence in jails are prompting calls for civilian oversight of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. Naturally, the Sheriff’s Department doesn’t understand why there’s a fuss.
