At 3 PM Eastern time Obama is giving a speech to restore public trust in the NSA’s domestic spying program against the American people. This should be entertaining.

The insincerity and the lies fairly fogged the air in my car, which was trapped in traffic for the whole horrible hour.
Pedantic, arrogant, impolite, better-than-thou, know-it-all.
It is hard to think of anything he has done anything right in the last four and a half years.
I look forward to the end of this presidency like I looked forward to the end of the presidency of George W Bush.

Hoping for a change next time.
Gosh darn ‘fish, what hope is there for a change next time as long as we keep floundering in this ineffectual gridlocked 2-party system? All I can see is another rollout of GOP crazies and nitwits and the Dums just pushing forward the most popular candidate they can bankroll. In the next 3 years, we have to get rid of Citizens United. Just that alone will remove the fat cat PACs, and that’s needed to hope to prevent a repeat of the last electoral fiasco. We don’t need parties, paries are now mobs, and we need people to go Independent and vote for whomever they want. GOP and Democrat is like dumb and dumber now. I don’t want to belong to a party – I don’t need a label, I need to be able to vote for whomever I want.
Obama and Putin deserve each other – Pedantic, arrogant, impolite, better-than-thou and know-it-all. This seems to be the model that is followed by so many people nowadays, whether politicians, pundists, newsrabble, etc. Corn dogs. Down to reaching towards the lowest common denominator, the sheeple.
