It’s ironic that the mainstream media was breathless and giddy about the “Arab Spring.” They were falling over themselves to praise the bravery of the people who were taking a stand against the dictators. When the dictators dismissed and ridiculed the protesters, or even fired on them, the mainstream media was outraged, and predicted they would soon be toppled. Now, the “American Spring” begins, and the mainstream media tries to ignore it, then ridicules it. The goons that are set upon the protesters are praised as heroes. Power will not be given to the 99% – we have to take it!
