Seriously, it’s nice to see this ruling. Too often, people who are mentally impaired are thrown in prison rather than given the help they need.

The reason why they don’t want him to stand trial is that they don’t want him yelling in the court house, “I love Sarah Palin!” It would be embarrassing for her.
