Let me guess how the interview went: there were two guys, one who only spoke in Farsi, and a translator. They offered you tea, and the looks on their faces got more and more incredulous as you related your story. After an hour or two the “interview” ended, then they let you go. I’m sure they obliquely asked for information about the US military and you also spoke obliquely.
