You Can Support a Candidate You Agree With or One Who’s Electable…Or So They Say

Bernie vs. Hillary is history, so now the mainstream media is gearing up for 2020 with another round of opinion pieces declaring that “centrists” are more electable than “extremists.” There is, however, no evidence to support this argument.

  1. Chiun – reigning Master of Sinanju – says that politicians should be judged by the beauty of their songs, and not by any coincidental relationship they may have with reality.

The American voter has the same philosophy. (And Reagan’s a perfect example. He shore ’nuff talked purdy.)

  2. Centrists are people who can be bought — they don’t have ideologies which might interfere with the buying and selling. So, naturally, those who want to buy people will go to some trouble to try to put centrists in a position to be bought, such as by using their media to encourage their election or appointment, and thus their value on the people market.
