Thugocracy

Elected officials have called Baltimore rioters “thugs,” a racially loaded slur. But who are the bigger thugs?

  • Ted’s right, it ain’t a “Negro-thug/Caucasian-cop” problem, instead, it’s a “We’re-in-charge bureacracy-gangbangers/Disenfranchised-poverty-bait” affair. Many more Caucasoid-types from trailer-trash neighborhoods are molested/slaughtered by revenue-seeking pig-forces than are the more melanin-enriched victimized.

But why should the U.S. government fight with its destitute masses when it can simply divide-and-conquer them while causing them to kill off themselves? We’ve been pushing this paradigm now for decades, especially in the Islamic world.

That’s a misleading statistic – it’s only true because blacks are in the minority. Cops kill proportionally more blacks than whites, and arrest proportionally more blacks who then get proportionally harsher sentences.

      • And so, because the poor white trash are statistically “the minority” regarding cop-slaughter (and other high crimes and misdemeanors), they should also resign themselves (and their murdered family members) to a media-enforced, statistical anonymity (and simply be happy that all them melanin-enriched victims should enjoy a much greater and more expansive 15 minutes of fame)?

      • Yo, Dan – same bet for you.

All three of you get together, that’s $1500 and all you have to do is walk your talk.

        Deal or no balls?

  • Since when is “thugs” a racially loaded slur? Is this another “jump on the wagon” knee-jerk bullshit attempt at “thugs am the new N-word’? If black culture wants to adopt the gangsta’ and thug mentality and lifestyle, fine with me. But, I don’t equate the use of “thugs” as anywhere near equivalent to the racially loaded slurs that have been used for so many different racial and ethnic groups for many years. As far as I’m concerned, F$@K being politically correct as long as the radical left and right are creating new politically incorrect words and phrases. Sounds a bit like the “War on Christmas” to me.

    • The “divide-and-conquer” crowd are VERY proactive, they know how to alter a good PC meme when it presents itself. Now all the agents provocateurs have to do is get their shiftless Caucasoid cousins in law enforcement to continue to expand an oscillating schadenfreude among their own cracker-selves and the browner civilians of similar and lesser economic class.

Remember how it all began, in New York the first cop-troopers were recruited from the same class of white trash that they were instructed to severely beat down and oppress. As a .001% mission of opponent annihilation, that continues to expand from those grandiose beginnings of uber-class malice, meanwhile, the task remains the same.

    • > But, I don’t equate the use of “thugs”

Yes you do. You did that very thing in the preceding sentence:

“If black culture wants to adopt the gangsta’ and thug mentality and lifestyle, fine with me. “

      • No I don’t, ‘Crazy H”. All I am saying is that the use of the word “thugs” as a racial slur is simply bullshit. Like the other posts here, I don’t feel the knee-jerk response to consider the use of the word as racially discriminative or whatever you want to consider anymore than the “War against Christmas” and other crap we get over the TV and Internet, troll boy. Yeah, ‘Crazy H’ – I am calling you out as a troll. Your name says it all.

      • > No I don’t

Dude – you just did, your words are right up there for all the world to see. I’d “Call you out” as a racist, but that would be redundant. Denial won’t change anything – it just makes you look silly (-er)

        Here, maybe this will help.

C’mon, riskster, get with the times and be progressive! When they call themselves “thugs” or “niggas,” that’s OK, and when they act accordingly, they’re just victims. But when other people see their behavior and call them those names, it’s evil. See the difference? Or do you need to be re-educated?

      • Oh, the difference is very easy to spot. The hard part is believing that you can’t see it in your own posts.

I always wonder – do you guys honestly believe that you’re not racists? Or do you just think you’re so subtle that nobody will notice?

Not that it makes any difference in the long run, haters gonna hate.

A lot of blacks live in my city. Some are civilized; some are animals. And the respectable ones aren’t crazy about the ones who are ready to fight over anything. It really is simple: all blacks aren’t niggers anymore than all whites are crackers. You know what rikster meant. A good portion of blacks have deliberately fostered an image that intimidates white people and it doesn’t always work out so well.

Your type really loves the bait and switch. Someone like myself makes an unemotional observation and you label it hatred or fear. Straw men are your bread and butter.

      • Example of straw man argument:

“When they call themselves “thugs” or “niggas,” that’s OK, and when they act accordingly, they’re just victims.”

Please be so kind as to show an example of a straw man argument in my post here today.

    • @rickster & @Jack –

Time to put up or shut up boys. I’ve got a bet for you. Head on over to Keith Knight’s blog – Here’s a good starting point

Using your current ‘nyms & gravitars, you do your little whitesplainin’ thing. If the general consensus is that your remarks are not racist, I’ll donate $500 to the charity of your choice. If it goes the other way, you donate $100 to the charity of MY choice.

      Deal or no balls?

  • Now, Ted, you seem here to missed one of the finer points of language – little thugs are indeed «thugs», but the big ones are either «statesmen» or «entrepreneurs»…. 😉

  • Isn’t nice that we can get caught up in dissecting the grammar and possible ambiguous meanings of the other posters here? I mean like while thousands of people are abused and killed, we focus on abusing each other behind the safety of a computer keyboard? Divide an conquer – and we do it with relish and the feeling that what we say is really impotent. The Internet is really a Tower of Babel in so many ways.
