BP has a fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders. Anything less could – and should – result in lawsuits. You know that Ted. Do these sea creatures have a stake in BP? If not, fuck ’em. Do American homeowners have anything to offer Wall St. in return for government assistance? If not, fuck ’em.
