First a Little Toke

I draw cartoons for The Los Angeles Times about issues related to California and the Southland (metro Los Angeles).

This week: Under California law, people arrested for marijuana possession may be eligible to have their records expunged. Unfortunately, due to budget austerity in a tight economy, the new state budget might get rid of the requirement to shred the files because it’s so expensive.
