(Mu)Barak Obama

Posted By Susan Stark

At least two dictators have been toppled from government now, and George W. Bush can’t travel to due to the threat of arrest for war crimes.

What does Obama do in response to all of this information? Propose cuts in home heating for the poor.

The lack of any sense of self-preservation in this man quite stunning and frankly very creepy.

Susan out.

  • Right. “Mubarack Obama” crossed my mind too during the week. NewCorp says, “Jump!” and the Obama admin says, “How far to the right?”

  • In Obama’s defence, he unlike Mubarak, Zine Al Abedine Ben Ali, and both terms of George W Bush, Barack Obama was legitimately elected President of the United States.

  • To be fair, Obama should be concerned that, two or six years from now, the Baltasar Garzón wannabes of the future also would want to throw his butt in the slammer. After all, he’s the dutiful her of Dubya’s foreign policy.

  • “Legitimately elected” sort of, given the shamocracy of US elections including who gets to run, type of media coverage received, who controls the debates and ballot access. Regardless, even though Reaganbama was legitimately installed as president, his horrible performance and blatant disregard for the masses makes him as bad as any dictator.

As for Reaganbama’s lack of a sense of self-preservation, who needs to worry about such when the sheeple continue to elect and re-elect snake oil salesfolk like him who screw them over more and more every time? Further, Reaganbama couldn’t care less about reelection. He’ll make Tony Blair kind of money once he’s out of White House. First it’s the book deal, then speaking engagements, plus do-nothing/get moolah board of director gigs, or, some big time position on Wall Street or with IMF or World Bank.
